How can we trust the web store that we order from?
NetShopper enjoys several years of experience with online shopping, and can provide you with an advice on any web store, to prevent fraud and theft of identity.
But we are not responsible and cannot guarantee the website’s actions.
What credit card should I use to buy online?
Most international web stores do not accept foreign credit card, NS team can buy your goods on your behalf by using their US Credit Cards and PayPal account.
When will I receive my order in Lebanon?
We ship every Friday from USA and France and deliver within 5 days.
The order must arrive maximum by Friday morning to be able to ship it.
Can we get our packages faster?
NS provides UPS express service from the US and Europe based on special requests, this will apply additional charges on shipping of course.
Can we estimate the total cost of our order before purchasing?
Absolutely! We will estimate the total charges from order value, shipping, clearance and customs duties and send you an email with all the expected charges.
Just send us the links of the items you would like to purchase via email or WhatsApp.
Can we Track our packages?
All web stores normally provide tracking numbers for their shipments to track them to our addresses in US and France.
Upon receiving packages at our export centres, you will be notified with an email alert notification.
How do we know the package arrived to Lebanon?
When your packages reach our office, you will receive SMS on your mobile and a copy of your invoice via email containing all the details.
Can we consolidate our packages?
Yes we can consolidate your packages up to two weeks. Extra charges will apply after this period.
All you have to do is to inform us before Friday to hold your packages.

We recommend you to avoid shipping products that are on our list of unacceptable material such as:
